1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the AEO browser extension or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use AEO.
2. Description of Service
AEO is a browser extension that analyzes webpage content and provides an SEO & AI Visibility Analyzer score with prioritized recommendations. Analysis is performed locally in your browser. A Pro subscription unlocks additional features including the full recommendation suite and PDF report exports. License management is handled by LemonSqueezy.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AEO for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or redistribute AEO.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of AEO. You may not use AEO to scrape or systematically collect data from third-party websites. You may not use AEO for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws. You may not attempt to circumvent any license verification or access control mechanisms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
AEO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AEO will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. AEO scores and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee any specific improvement in AI search visibility. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AEO output.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deanvelopment and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AEO, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of AEO shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deanvelopment and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of AEO in a manner not permitted by these terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of AEO is also governed by our Privacy Policy. AEO does not collect browsing data or transmit page content to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
9. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Billing and refunds are handled by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record. Refund requests should be directed to LemonSqueezy per their refund policy. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your LemonSqueezy account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your access will downgrade to the Free tier.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AEO at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination of a Pro subscription, your license is deactivated and your account reverts to the Free tier. Sections covering liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of AEO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deanvelopment regarding AEO and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
